The Brief:
To update the design and functionality of the 10 year old existing website.
To migrate all content and products.
To maintain 4 worldzones for the online shop.
To add social media and interaction to the website.
How we fulfilled the brief:
We migrated the existing custom CMS to Joomla.
Using Geo Location services we intergrated 4 worldzones for the shop creating an intuitive, user friendly system for shopping.
We installed Kunena forum for the community discussion and Sobi and K2 for the directories.
We integrated the shop ecommerce with two payment gateways.
How we bought value to our client's business:
After in-house training the client is able to update the website and add products details and digital products.
Management of the orders is accessible within Virtuemart.
The website can be updated and maintained easily in-house.
We added a newsletter,a Facebook profile and Twitter for the business and the client now has an actively engaged following.
